SOFRITO plays a mix of Afro Cuban music, including Latin Jazz, Salsa, Samba, Bembe, Cha Cha Cha and Danzon.

You’ll hear original music, classics with fresh arrangements and songs that are off the beaten path. Our sets features songs with great vocals and jazz instrumentals.

If you didn’t know, Sofrito is a blend of vegetables, herbs, and spices, forms the flavorful foundation of many Latin dishes. Our band embodies this concept by offering a diverse range of musical experiences, while also celebrating the rich mix of backgrounds and cultures among our members.
